LAUNCHER SESSION PRIVACY
Your account. Time open.
When you launch a product while signed in to your Onyx account, the launcher sends your account ID, product, and session start, heartbeat and end events over HTTPS. Onyx staff can see the associated account and how long the launcher observed that product process running.
These session records do not collect gameplay, cheating behavior, screenshots, other applications, device identifiers, license keys or passwords. They measure time the product process is open, including idle time, rather than time actively playing.
Observation ends when that product process exits, you sign out, or you close the launcher. Products started separately and use after closing the launcher are not tracked. Offline periods and crashes can make records incomplete.
Session records expire after 30 days and stop appearing in the admin view. Expired records are removed during service requests; database cleanup may take additional time. Account and licensing records are separate from these session records.
For questions about your session records, contact Onyx staff through Discord support.
